What guarantees do I have?

As a purchaser, we guarantee

1.     if the product is not as described on the website, your money will be refunded - no questions asked.

2.  You may return the item for a refund of the purchase price if you are not happy with the item (up to a maximum of 7 days). The item must be received by us in the condition it was sent. If you as the purchaser ask for a price reduction, then the refund policy is void.

3.     no goods will be listed unless verified by statutory declaration that they are unencumbered

As a seller, we guarantee:

1.     personal and professional service

2.     you will pay nothing unless your item is sold

3.     you can request the return or de-listing of the item at any time

4.     No item will be sold at a price less than you have requested unless you are consulted and agree

There is no time limit to how long you can leave an item with us, however we hope to turn the item over as quickly as possible. At any time, the item will be returned upon request.

AS A BUYER

All items listed on our site are for genuine sale. You are protected by the knowledge that the person who has listed the item has signed a statement of ownership.

All goods shipped by Equestrian Gear Online will be professionally packaged and cleaned before you receive the item. All goods will be sent COD by Australia Post and are insured. You will not receive a more professional service anywhere.
